These terms apply to the use of this website and to quotations, orders and supply of goods by Smart UK Supply LTD.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to stock availability and confirmation at the time of order. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
An order is accepted once we issue a written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline an order where products are unavailable or where pricing information was incorrect.
Delivery dates are given in good faith and are estimates. Risk passes on delivery. Any shortage or damage must be notified to us within a reasonable period of receipt.
Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided by manufacturers and are for guidance. Where a product must meet a specific standard, please confirm the requirement with us in writing before ordering.
Unused goods in original packaging may be returned by prior agreement. Special-order and made-to-order items are non-returnable.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
